We’ll get the ball rolling with a consultation call. We’ll learn more about you and your travel preferences during this call, and we’ll leave plenty of time to answer any questions you may have. The goal? Make sure we click before moving forward.

Start Designing
If you decide to work with your EBA travel advisor after your consult call, we’ll shoot over our Design Fee to get started. This fee varies depending on what kind of escape you’re looking for; we’ll share the exact fee during your consult. Next, we’ll begin working with our travel partners to create your tailored trip proposal.

The Big Reveal
We’ll reconnect to share your preliminary trip proposal with you—typically, we’ll present 2-3 options based on your budget and travel preferences. Pick your favorite, share your feedback, and we’ll tweak your proposal until it's an escape you can’t wait to pack for.

Book It All
Next, you get to relax while we stitch together your itinerary in one pretty package; we’ll book and arrange your hotel/resort cruise cabin, transfers, and excursions and special experiences so your vacation flows seamlessly. Just show up ready to explore!

Pack Your Bags
Ready for adventure? We have your back every step of the way. Travel with confidence knowing you’ve not only got a pro-planned itinerary, you have pro help if you need it. If you run into any hiccups, just reach out to us or our in-destination partners (who’ll be in your same time zone!) for assistance.

Do you charge a fee for your planning service?
Yes, we do. The fee differs depending on your particular trip—how long you’ll be going, how big your group is, how many destinations you’ll be visiting, etc. Rest assured, we’ll share the exact fee with you before we start planning your trip together. No surprises here!
